A wedding planner is someone who will help you from beginning to end through the planning process. A wedding coordinator is someone who will be there the day of the wedding to ensure smooth flow of events and manage any emergencies.

You do not want to leave the nitty-gritty-day-of tasks and emergencies with your family or friends. Advantages of having a wedding coordinator would be to have someone there that can attend to and resolve all emergencies to the best of their ability as well as ensure that everything runs on schedule.

Nope! Our initial consultations are FREE! Yes, that's right, FREE! This session is a chance for us to get to know you, your visions, desires, and tastes and a chance for you to get to know our team, culture, and values. At this point, we can figure out a customized package and proposal that is just right for you!

There are no set prices since our packages are VERY customizable. We know, we know, this isn't what you want to read! However, upon initial inquiry, we will offer a free consultation at your earliest convenience. At this time, we can assist you with choosing one of our existing packages or building a custom package that fit your needs and create a proposal for you.

The quote is officially valid for seven (7) days. However, you may take as long as you would like to discuss our services before coming to a decision. Please note that we do hold any dates and therefore no dates are being held during these seven (7) days. We operate on a first come first serve basis.

No, we do not place any holds for any dates. We operate on a first-come-first-served basis. If we get booked while a client is still discussing our service, we will evaluate if we are able to put an additional team together for your events. All dates are subject to availability.

No, we do not guarantee any specific lead coordinators as our scheduling occurs 3-4 months out. Our entire team is fully trained and absolutely equipped to manage and execute all types of weddings. There are several factors that are taken into consideration when assigning a lead coordinator including proximity, availability, complexity, workload, etc. While we do not guarantee any specific lead coordinators, you may certainly request a specific lead at the time of booking and we will try to fulfill the request to the extent possible. It is just not guaranteed.

The contract is officially valid for 7 days and must be signed within that window. As a courtesy, THH will hold the clients date for those 7 days until the Client either provides a signed contract and/or the booking fee is provided. Beyond the 7 days, the contract will be considered invalid, unless otherwise expressly provided in writing by THH.

A booking fee and signed services agreement is required within seven (7) days to secure your date. The booking fee varies depending on the packages & services you have selected. For day-of coordination, a non-refundable 50% booking fee of your total package cost would be required upon signature of the services agreement to secure your date with Tum Hi Ho Events.

Yes! Our passports are stamped and ready to go. Just tell us when and where and we'll be there!

Yes, yes, yes! A million times yes! Unlimited amounts of communication will be provided no matter what package is chosen. We encourage you to contact us with any and all questions and concerns that you are confronted with throughout the process.
