“Cannot recommend Tum Hi Ho enough. We were engaged in March 2024, and we immediately started looking at wedding planners. We signed with Tum Hi Ho in April 2024, and we went with the full packing/coordination package because we were planning to have a Western ceremony in addition to our Hindu ceremony. We also wanted to aim for Spring/Early Summer 2025. Hiren and his team immediately got to work, and we were able to have our dream wedding in May 2025. Tum Hi Ho was there every step of the way. Tum Hi Ho has relationships with a lot of different vendors, so we never felt pressured into picking any particular vendors. Hiren made comparison sheets for us to compare the vendors we had met with, and he reviewed all the contracts that were sent our way. He and his assistant were also very responsive to questions, and they gave honest feedback about vendors and meetings with vendors.
The day of coordination was when the team really shined though. My wife and I worried for nothing. We needed nothing. The Tum Hi Ho team took care of everything (with help from our families). Some of our friends had mentioned they weren’t able to enjoy their own weddings because they were so worried about the details, but Nina, our lead coordinator, and her team handled it all. We were able to actually enjoy our wedding, and best of all, we were able to actually eat the food we had picked out.

These are only a few of the adjectives that come to mind when I think through the last 18 months of working with Hiren and his talented team.
When my now wife and I first started our wedding planning journey, I was skeptical if we needed a wedding planner at all. I thought to myself, we can do a lot of these things by ourselves, why do we need someone else to help us plan, surely we can manage this? Being married now, I can happily say that I was proved wrong, and I could not recommend Tum Hi Ho planners and Hiren more.
From the start, Hiren always made himself available for us - through a whatsapp channel to let us ask him questions, to regular planning sessions throughout the whole process, from venue/vendor selection to the design of the event itself. He not only had very detailed expertise from his rich experience of planning multiple South Asian weddings, but also was able to be proactive and guide us in how to make our special day pop. He wasn’t afraid to give us his opinion as a trusted guide, but also give us space to be able to make decisions on how we wanted our events to go. As an outsider to the wedding industry, I don’t think we could have navigated the nuances of knowing which vendors to pick that would be the best fit for us, to also advising us on the tactical pieces related to vendor negotiation. Through and through, Hiren went the extra mile to make sure we felt comfortable through the whole process, and always listened to our thoughts and concerns.
This leads me to the wedding event itself. We had planned a few events over the course of two days, and going in we had heard stories that Hiren and his team would be all mic’ed up as if they were secret service. Let me tell you - they didn’t disappoint. To this day, I can not believe the level of professionalism and flawless execution that Hiren and his team operated on. They were able to ensure that the guests had their questions resolved, but also ran a very tight ship in making sure the whole event adhered to the timelines we had established before. I can’t stress how important this is, especially as the couple getting married to not have to worry about the minor details. We were able to actually focus on the events and being able to be in the moment to enjoy with friends and family.
In short, Hiren and Tum Hi Ho Planners exceeded all my prior expectations, and made sure that our special day was a resounding success. All our guests could not gush enough about how much fun they had, and how memorable all the events were. Hiren made all of this happen - so if you were like myself and hesitant about getting a wedding planner, I can not recommend Tum Hi Ho more - they truly made our event special.”
